Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains what information the Quick QR Scanner & Generator application collects and how you can permanently delete any data associated with your use of the app.

1. What Data We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide our services. This information may include:

Device information (device type, operating system)
App usage data (frequency of use, features used)
QR code data (if you save it)

We do not collect personal information such as names, addresses, or phone numbers unless you actively provide it to us when contacting support.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

All QR code data you scan or generate is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts and we do not store your personal QR history on our servers. Anonymous usage analytics are aggregated and cannot be tied back to an individual user or device.

3. How to Delete Your Data

Because the application stores data locally, the most effective way to delete all data is to uninstall the application from your device. Follow the steps below for your platform.

Android

Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap Apps (or Applications).
Find and tap Quick QR Scanner & Generator.
Tap Storage → Clear data and Clear cache to remove all local data.
Return to the app info screen and tap Uninstall to remove the application completely.

iOS

Locate the Quick QR Scanner & Generator icon on your Home Screen or App Library.
Touch and hold the icon until the menu appears.
Tap Remove App → Delete App.
Confirm by tapping Delete. All local app data will be removed along with the application.

4. Requesting Deletion of Support Data

If you previously contacted our support team and shared personal information (such as your name or email address), you can request that we delete those records. Send an email to vndevlabs@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the email address you used when contacting us. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
